The custom design for your project begins with an introductory visit. He will take an active role in every project from inception through completion. His creative expertise and years of experience ensure a unique design that compliments your home and lifestyle. He will discuss your ideas for the site, offer innovative suggestions, review your budget and take several pre-construction photographs. Soon after this meeting, he will schedule a second appointment to review a detailed proposal outlining the various elements of your design and provide an estimate of the associated costs. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, the design process begins.
While your design is being developed, we simultaneously prepare your construction services proposal. This proposal is presented to you along with the completed design. Should there be any revisions to the design, the construction services proposal is updated to reflect those changes. Upon acceptance of this proposal, we schedule the construction commencement date.
